The Take Five for Clean Air pledge is tailored toward governments, businesses and organizations, and individuals

Click the links below to find checklists of voluntary actions you or your workplace can take to improve air quality on Air Quality Alert days and in daily practices. MORPC will recognize your local government, business or organization on our website for pledging five or more actions. Communities may also develop plans to incorporate air-friendly actions into their operations, with an example represented by the City of Columbus Air Alert Action Day Plan.

MORPC issues Air Quality Alerts when air pollution levels are expected to be Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups, including active children, older adults, and those with breathing and heart problems. Your actions can make a difference in protecting public health and reducing air pollution. Check out GreenSpot for another regional commitment to help you meet broader sustainability goals.

Please contact Evelyn Ebert at 614.233.4168 if you have questions or would like information to help you implement your pledge.
