Come to Columbus for the Ohio Conference on Freight

June 20, 2017

The Ohio Conference on Freight (August 2-4) will convene over 300 professionals from across North America to share their expertise in the areas of supply chain/logistics, smart transportation technology, and federal and state policies supporting freight-related transportation and economic development.

The conference removes barriers between each mode of goods and between the public and private sectors. It is a vital forum to support economic growth in Ohio and the surrounding Great Lakes region through an integrated, multi-modal industry.

During the Thursday Lunch Plenary Session, Andy Garbutt, KPMG LLP, will provide the keynote address. Garbutt specializes in international projects and structured finance, and he heads KPMG’s market-leading infrastructure team of 150+ professionals in the U.S. Prior to establishing the team in 2006, Andy worked for KPMG UK.

Joseph C. Szabo will provide the keynote address during the Friday Breakfast Plenary Session. Szabo was appointed as the Executive Director of the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) in June 2015.  He has a varied experience in local, state, and federal governments, civic affairs, and transportation.

The Hilton Downtown Columbus will host and is the official for the Ohio Conference on Freight. Make your reservations online at
