Taking the Census
10 questions, 10 minutes, 10 years: The 2010 Census form had ten questions and took an average of ten minutes to complete. The results of the 2010 Census will affect us for the next ten years.
Census questionnaires were mailed or delivered to every household in the United States in March 2010. To ensure that every person would be counted, Census takers visited and called households that did not return the questionnaire. Census takers also called households to verify unclear information.
