Youth Advisory Council
Much of the work of the Center for Energy and Environment will be done with the welfare of future generations in mind. Offering a valuable experience for central Ohio Students, MORPC formed a Youth Advisory Council, comprised of local junior and senior high school students. Without being inhibited by political parameters, perceived limitations, and financial restrictions, youth will have the freedom to add a new perspective to the way we plan our community. Throughout the year students will be invited back to MORPC to weigh in on important environmental issues facing our region. Youth Advisory Council contact is Leslie Strader at 614-233-4124.
