Transportation Improvement District Benefits - Lunch Forum

The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission is pleased to host a special lunch forum for local governments and community planners to learn about the benefits of forming a transportation improvement district.

Event Details

Our featured speakers are Steve Tugend, Chair-Government Relations Legal Practice and Rusty Schuermann, TID Specialist, at Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter.

Transportation Improvement District (TID): A special-purpose district created to find innovative and alternative funding approaches for improving the local transportation system.

Participants Will Learn

  • How to set up a TID
  • Advantages and purposes of a TID

There is no charge for MORPC members to attend but reservations are required. A lunch will be provided. Please send any food allergy issues to our attention. Registered guests can park for free in the spaces marked with an “M” adjacent to the MORPC building.
