Homeownership Program

MORPC has operated free homeownership education and counseling programs for homebuyers for more than 15 years.  MORPC is an approved Housing Counseling Agency through the U.S.

Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the City of Columbus. In addition, MORPC is an approved  Secondary Finance Agency through HUD.  MORPC offers free counseling for homebuyers, default and foreclosure counseling and financial literacy counseling.
