Housing Rehabilitation Programs

MORPC works as a consultant to help low- and moderate-income homeowners maintain and improve their homes.  With funding provided by multiple agencies, MORPC has programs available to help with exterior repairs, emergency repairs and whole home rehabilitation.   Basic program eligibility requirements are based on total household income, ownership of the home, and area of residency.

Lead Based Paint 

MORPC also provides lead based paint testing and clearance activities for communities and individuals requesting these services.
