MORPC is a US HUD-approved agency that provides housing counseling and education, housing rehabilitation, and community development services to individuals and families throughout central Ohio.
 | Homeownership MORPC has operated free homeownership education and counseling programs for homebuyers for more than 15 years, offering free counseling for homebuyers, default and foreclosure counseling and financial literacy counseling. |

| Housing Rehab Through funding from multiple agencies, MORPC assists low- and moderate-income families with homes repairs.  | CHIP Programs Funds are available to income eligible homeowners in need of housing repairs or first-time homebuyers wishing to purchase homes within the cities of Marysville and Ross County.  | Neighborhood Stabilization Program The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is a program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that creates new opportunities for homeownership in communities most impacted by foreclosures. |
