MORPC offers a HUD-approved homeownership counseling program. Open to income-eligible, first-time homebuyers, the Homeownership Counseling Program offers free guidance and training that will teach you the secrets behind successful, lifetime homeownership. Begin preparing yourself today!

Housing Rehab

Energy Efficiency
Through our Residential Energy Conservation programs (also known as WarmChoice and HWAP), MORPC offers expert advice in improving your home's energy efficiency using the latest state-of-the-art technology. We also test furnaces, water heaters, and gas cook stoves for carbon monoxide and safety. This is a FREE service to income-eligible clients.
