Homeownership

MORPC offers a HUD-approved homeownership education program.  Our education programs provide counseling for homebuyers, default and foreclosure counseling and financial literacy counseling.  Our programs can be tailored to fit the needs of your community or agency.   The Homeownership Education Program offers free guidance and training that will teach you the secrets behind successful, lifetime homeownership.  For more information, call (614) 233-4176 or email homeownership@morpc.org.


Housing Rehab

Through funding by multiple agencies, MORPC assists low- and moderate-income families with homes repairs. Program eligibility requirements are based on total household income, ownership of the home, and area of residency. For more information, call (614) 233-4171 or email lfrazier@morpc.org

CHIP Programs

Funds are available to income eligible homeowners needing housing repairs or first-time homebuyers wishing to purchase homes within the City of Marysville and Ross County. For more information on CHIP Housing Programs contact Kim Kellogg at 1-800-886-6772 or email kkellogg@morpc.org.

Energy Efficiency

Through our Residential Energy Conservation programs (also known as WarmChoice and HWAP), MORPC offers expert advice in improving your home's energy efficiency using the latest state-of-the-art technology. We also test furnaces, water heaters, and gas cook stoves for carbon monoxide and safety.  This is a FREE service to income-eligible clients.
