Art in the Halls Program
Art in the Halls is a unique public art program that provides an opportunity for local, professional artists to market themselves in the public sector. Through the Art in the Halls program, more than 90 artists have displayed their works in the MORPC building. The program offers local artists visibility, recognition and exposure through the opportunity to exhibit in a public space.

Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month Six Latino Artists Featured - In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission's (MORPC) Art in the Halls program will feature, through October 30, art exhibits throughout the building by some of central Ohio’s finest Latino artists. Andrew J. Tonn, documentary photographer, writer and filmmaker; Wladimir Muñoz from Quito, Ecuador; Vrindarani Muñoz from Quito, Ecuador; Kristin Ramos, printmaker; Rosa Rojas, an artist, designer, educator, and Saibaba Reiki Master; and Kenneth Ramos, photographer.
MORPC’s gallery, located at 111 Liberty Street, Suite 100 in Columbus’ Brewery District, is open for public viewing Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. A Hall Exhibit and Reception is scheduled featuring the artists on Thursday, October 6, 2011 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the MORPC building. Light refreshments will be served and a silent auction will follow. Don’t miss this great opportunity to view stunning artwork by some of the most talented artists in central Ohio. Free parking is available.
