The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) released its 2012 State of the Region Report today at their annual luncheon held at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The release of regional indicators was co-hosted by the Columbus Council on World Affairs and their discussion of The Global Report.
The 2012 State of the Region report shows how we are globally connected, as well as a snapshot of current economic conditions in our 12-county region. This is also the benchmark year for reporting on the outcomes proposed in the 2012-2035 Metropolitan Transportation Plan scheduled for adoption May 10, 2012. Read more
