The Central Ohio region is young, diverse and growing, consisting of rural, urban and suburban communities. MORPC is committed to building a better region in Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Hocking, Knox, Licking, Logan, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Perry, Pickaway, Ross and Union counties.
Dramatic changes will occur in the Central Ohio region in the next 20 years. Over 500,000 new people are expected to move into the region, raising the total number of residents to approximately 2.5 million by 2030. These figures imply significant change for all communities of the region in coming years.
