Regional Bikeway Planning: Plans  | MORPC published the 2006 Regional Bicycle Transportation Facilities Plan. - Provides a bikeway planning guide for local jurisdictions, considering land development, roadway widenings, and highway improvements or zoning changes.
- Facilitates development of a transportation system that provides direct and convenient bicycle travel within and between residential areas, places of employment and neighborhood activity centers.
- Provides for the development of a regional bikeway system meeting the travel needs of the bicycling public.
- Provides for a regional bikeway system that is integrated with central Ohio's surface transportation system.
