MORPC, as the MPO, is required to include bicycle and pedestrian planning in the 20 year Transportation Plan. A regional bikeway plan and map is updated every three years and is incorporated into the Transportation Plan. A Pedestrian Best Practices Guide is completed and a draft pedestrian plan is under development.
