Funding & Grants Links and Resources Ohio Job Ready Sites (JRS) Program The Ohio Job Ready Sites (JRS) Program funds the development of sites to attract manufacturing, research and development, and "smart" offices. The District 3 Public Works Integrating Committee (DPWIC), staffed by MORPC, accepts applications for projects located in Franklin County, checks them for completeness and adherence to project requirements, and prioritizes them based on a number of relevant factors. For each round of funding, the DPWIC then submits its top three recommendations to the director of the Ohio Department of Development, who has final authority over which projects will actually receive funding. Applications for projects located in other counties should be submitted to the appropriate DPWIC. See the Ohio Job Ready Sites Program website for full details.
