State SCIP/LTIP Funding $209.9 Million in State Funding Now Available for Infrastructure Improvements through the Ohio Public Works Commission The Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) announced the availability of $209.9 million in funding for infrastructure improvements through the State Capital Improvements Program (SCIP) and the Local Transportation Improvement Program (LTIP) on May 12, 2010. The OPWC will be accepting applications from the 19 Public Works Districts until March 1, 2011. Each Public Works District has different program guidelines and contact information.
