Try Transit

Several of our 12-counties have a public transit system. Choosing to ride the bus to work and school is not only economical, but also helps ease road congestion and eliminate air pollution.

Benefits of using Public Transit
• Relieves the stress of driving and battling traffic each day
• Allows time to relax during the commute
• Saves money on fuel costs
• Reduces wear and tear on personal vehicles
• Minimizes pollution produced by driving alone

Guaranteed Ride Home Program
Public Transit commuters are eligible to register for RideSolutions free Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) service when they take the bus to and from work occasionally or every work day. Once registered, when circumstances prevent you from taking the bus home from work, GRH will reimburse 90% of your taxi cab fare home, plus a 15% tip, up to four times a year. Click here to register.
