COVID-19 Government Operations and Remote Options

    House Bill 197 (133rd General Assembly) allowed for remote public meetings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic until December 2020.

    House Bill 404 (133rd General Assembly) extended the ability to hold virtual public meetings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic through July 1, 2021. It has not been extended beyond this date, meaning public meetings must now be held in person.
