    MORPC is pleased to hold a lunch forum on creative solutions to recruit and retain top talent in the public sector.

    The Central Ohio Region is experiencing tremendous job growth which has heightened recruiting efforts in nearly all sectors. Employers are competing for candidates to fill jobs while also trying to retain their valuable team members. The recent pandemic caused many employees to rethink their career plans and a wave of involuntary departures took place. Employers are also competing with the full array of work experiences and employees that want more flexibility.
