Village Forum: Leading Together

MORPC invites all Villages to come together to share best practices and learn key regional planning updates.

This forum for villages focuses on best practices and regional planning. It serves as a collaborative, multi-level platform connecting local leaders to share actionable strategies for economic vitality, and infrastructure improvement and public service management. MORPC creates a “safe space” for peer learning and networking.

Ideal attendees are: Village Elected Officials and staff responsible for Community Development, Financial Management, Operations Management, and Communications.
