YWCA DE&I Training - For MORPC Members

MORPC is proud to partner with the YWCA Columbus for the second year in a row to offer engaging DE&I trainings to our MORPC members. Join us on Tuesday, May 24 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m., for Beyond Inclusion: Building a Community of Belonging. Participants will explore the concept of “intersectionality,” – when a person’s race, gender, or other identities intersect in ways that amplify oppression.

Through exercises and discussion, YWCA’s DE&I facilitator will help you deepen your understanding of how discrimination affects all of us in complex and often hidden ways. You’ll learn to incorporate intersectionality in your organization’s language, practices, and plans.
