NOTICE OF THE INITIAL COUNCIL MEETING AND THE INITIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
FOR THE REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS FOR THE CENTRAL OHIO AREA AGENCY ON AGING.
The Council, acting as the legislative body, and the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Regional Council of Governments for the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging (“COAAA”) will hold their initial organizational meetings as follows: The Council will hold its initial organizational meeting at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at the Westerville Senior Center in 350 N Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43082, and the Board will hold its initial organization in the same location immediately following the conclusion of the Council meeting. COAAA is a regional council of governments created pursuant to Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code.
