Enhanced mobility relates to transportation options for older adults and individuals with disabilities. It includes the Delaware and Franklin Counties Coordinated Plan (Coordinated Plan) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA)’s Section 5310 Funding Program for the Columbus urbanized area.
