Home Energy Efficiency
We offer home energy efficiency (weatherization) and safety services at no cost to income-eligible residents to help keep them warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, all while lowering energy bills. These programs are available all year to Franklin County residents.
Home Repair Services
MORPC works to help low- and moderate-income homeowners maintain and improve their homes through several home repair programs.

The Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) is a long-range planning document that identifies transportation deficiencies, policies, strategies, and projects over the next two decades.
MORPC-attributable Funding for Transportation
A portion of federal transportation funding is allocated at MORPC’s discretion, following an application and selection process. We call these funds MORPC-attributable funds. We work closely with local agencies to prioritize the use of these funds to meet their needs and those of the entire region. They can be used for roads and bridges, public transit, bikeways, sidewalks, and a variety of other activities.

Planning Work Program (PWP)
The Planning Work Program (PWP) describes the transportation planning, projects and studies we conduct during the state fiscal year running from July 1 through June 30.
