Speakers include Bryan Gray, State Director for Senator J.D. Vance; Homer Carlisle, Senior Advisor on Infrastructure, Transportation, and Transit Policy for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs; and Jeff Young, Director of Franklin County Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
