2016 - 2040 Active Transportation Plan 
The Active Transportation Plan (ATP) was created as part of the 2016-2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan to help identify regionally significant active transportation projects that include pedestrian, bicycle, and transit accommodation. The ATP interactive map is a tool to help identify appropriate project types. It includes data about bikeways, bus routes, sidewalks, points of interest, crash data, and more.

Columbus Metro Bike Map
The Columbus Metro Bike Map was created to help bicyclists determine which roads may be better suited for their level of riding in the Greater Franklin County area. The roads are color-coded for non-rush hour travel with green as “Easy”, yellow as “Moderate", and red as “Difficult”. The map is the result of a collaborative effort between a variety of partners, including MORPC, the City of Columbus, COTA, RideSolutions, and Trek Bicycle Stores. Additional partners are Bicycle One, YayBikes!, Pedal Instead, Consider Biking, Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, Experience Columbus, IDC Design, and Pressworks. Development in Central Ohio
This interactive map includes recent and current development activities. Data sources, currency and other information are displayed by selecting map features. Contact MORPC to add information to this map.

Green Infrastructure
MORPC partnered with Franklin Soil and Water Conservation District and local communities to develop this interactive map. This map highlights some examples of regional green infrastructure projects which have been implemented to manage stormwater adjacent to transportation facilities.

Land Use Estimates and Forecasts 2015-2050
This map shows existing and future land use; as well as population, household and job estimates and forecasts, in support of the 2016 – 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan. The base year is 2015, with projections for years 2015, 2025, 2040 and 2050.

2016 - 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan
The Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) is the long-range transportation plan for Central Ohio. The map includes transportation projects anticipated to occur by the year 2040 that will use federal transportation funds. The plan was developed by MORPC.

Mid-State Freight Tool
The Central Ohio region holds an important place in national freight movements thanks to its multimodal transportation assets. This map explores various freight-related infrastructure, system performance, trends, and more.

Points of Interest in Central Ohio
This interactive map includes many points of interest in central Ohio. Data sources, currency and other information are displayed by selecting map features. Contact MORPC to add information to this map.

Regional Bikeways 
This map shows locations of existing, expected, and recommended bicycle facilities in Delaware and Franklin counties, Bloom and Violet townships in Fairfield County, and Pataskala in Licking County. (This is the official MORPC transportation planning area.) It is based on the current regional bikeway plan that was adopted by MORPC 2006.

Regional Census Results
Using this map, you can see how the population of Central Ohio has changed over the past decade by comparing 2000 and 2010 Census Block Groups.

Regional Energy Action Plan Map
Complimentary to the Regional Energy Action Plan, this interactive map was created for energy providers, planners, and residents to visualize various aspects of the energy community. The map includes a series of layers that can be toggled on and off, and by hovering over map objects, information about features in the layers revealed.

Safety (High Crash Locations)
On an annual basis, MORPC analyzes non-freeway related crashes to identify high-crash locations within our Metropolitan Planning Area. This results in a Top 100 High-Crash Locations list shown on this map.

SFY 2018-2021 Transportation Improvement Program
The TIP interactive map is designed to receive comments on MORPC's Draft Transportation Improvement Program for State Fiscal Years 2018-2021. The TIP is a schedule of transportation improvements in the MORPC transportation planning area. The TIP includes investments in highways, public transit, bikeways, pedestrian facilities, bridges, traffic signals and other aspects of the transportation system over a four-year period. It also includes planning and engineering studies that may lead to construction in later years.

Sidewalks Inventory
This interactive map shows the location of sidewalks, multi-use paths, crosswalks, worn paths, and roads with no sidewalks within the Metropolitan Transportation Planning area. The inventory was compiled from 2013 aerial photography.
