Active Transportation Plan
The Active Transportation Plan advances the regional priorities of the Metropolitan Transportation Plan and helps communities within the Metropolitan Planning Organization area plan for and implement projects that include pedestrian, bicycle, and transit infrastructure in the region.

Our Air Quality Program strives to make Central Ohio’s air safer to breathe, and to protect public health.
Central Ohio Water Resources Planning
MORPC is providing planning services to the Ohio EPA to develop updated and comprehensive water quality management plans for the Central Ohio region.
Clean Ohio Conservation Fund
Our projects preserve open spaces, sensitive ecological areas, and stream corridors.
Energy Planning
From energy conservation to resource development, MORPC’s energy expertise is available to assist the region in their efforts to develop sustainable and resilient energy systems as we prepare for the future.
Gohio Commute
Our Gohio Commute program will help you rethink your ride and help you find a smarter way to commute to work.
Home Energy Efficiency
We offer home energy efficiency (weatherization) and safety services at no cost to income-eligible residents to help keep them warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, all while lowering energy bills. These programs are available all year to Franklin County residents.
Hyperloop Midwest Connect Initiative
Our Midwest Connect corridor proposal was named one of ten winners in the Hyperloop One Global Challenge.

Insight2050 is a collaborative initiative designed to help communities proactively plan for development and population growth over the next 30+ years that is expected to be dramatically different from the past.

RAPID 5 has the goal of connecting our region’s major waterways and trails into one interconnected, greenspace system.
Rapid Speed Transportation Initiative (RSTI)
The Rapid-Speed Transportation Initiative is focused on improving connectivity to Chicago and Pittsburgh through exploration of two transportation technologies, including traditional passenger rail and hyperloop.
