Healthy Homes Program
The Healthy Homes program is a partnership with Franklin County Public Health.
If you choose to participate in the program representatives from either MORPC or Franklin County Public Health will complete an in-person Healthy Homes Assessment, checking eight areas of concern. They include keeping your home clean, dry, pest-free, contaminant-free, safe, ventilated, comfortable, and maintained. Please complete the application to proceed.
Home Energy Efficiency Programs (Weatherization)
MORPC offers home energy efficiency (weatherization) and safety services at no cost to income-eligible residents to help keep them warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, all while lowering energy bills. These programs are available all year to Franklin County residents.
MORPC is always looking for contractors to submit applications for our home repair programs.
